Our easy-to-use driver focused app for Allstar MileagePoint customers helps simplify the recording of business mileage and the timely process of making monthly mileage claims.
The Allstar MileagePoint app uses GPS to automatically record drivers mileage when they are on the go and loads it directly into the MileagePoint system. Alternatively, depending on the version selected drivers can input their business journeys manually via the app.
At the end of each month, drivers can submit their business mileage claims for approval on an HMRC compliant audit trail via the app, with no need to log on to a PC. All drivers’ private mileage remains private and only visible to them.
Allstar MileagePoint works in conjunction with Allstar fuel and EV charging cards, allowing actual cost mileage calculations. Providing to the customer a payroll file for any mileage deductions or reimbursements, including the cost of both public and home charging sessions.
